Leadership
Judy Holz
Steve and Judy Holz have been missionaries with Mission Aviation Fellowship (and Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa) for 31 years. Along with their children, Jacinda and Christopher, the Holzes spent their first 17 years with MAF serving as a pilot/mechanic family in Africa: Zimbabwe, Transkei, Botswana, and Lesotho. While supporting Steve’s aviation ministry, Judy also led a women’s Bible study in Lesotho, with ladies attending from various European and African countries. Steve and Judy are currently assigned to MAF headquarters in Nampa, Idaho, and live in Meridian.
Judy is serving as discussion leader for the Tuesday morning ladies’ Bible study, which meets in the youth building at 9:30 AM. She has a passion for the Word of God, and loves delving deeply into what God is saying to us through His Word.
Judy is excited that God moved MAF's headquarters to Idaho. “I have been blessed! I have had an adventure with the Lord throughout my life. But, by moving us to Idaho and to the teaching at Calvary Boise, God has challenged us. He doesn’t want us to stop growing and giving. We are finding that He is faithful to keep us in use through all life’s stages...even empty nest and beyond! After all, ‘We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.’”
