Cathy Caldwell

Cathy Caldwell was a rebellious teenager who felt "dead inside" when Christ entered her life and gave her an amazing sense of joy and freedom. Soon thereafter she ran into a boy she'd known from high school. To her surprise, he'd also had a personal encounter with Jesus. The boy was Bob Caldwell. They got married shortly after Cathy's twentieth birthday and the Lord has blessed them with amazing opportunities and adventures. Bob and Cathy have now been married for 37 years and for the past 26 years, Cathy has been her husband's helpmate at Calvary Chapel Boise. Together they have shared the love of Christ throughout the world. Cathy travels extensively ministering to missionary wives and teaching in far-flung places like India and Romania. She still marvels at all the Lord has allowed her to do and see and is especially thankful for the opportunities he's given her to be a wife, mom and grandma. She and Bob have four wonderful children and six grandchildren. Each one is a precious treasure of her heart.
